Objectives
Short-Term Goals (2023-2025): Building a Strong Foundation
Laying the groundwork for a thriving and impactful alumni association.
- Establish the Provost's Lodge as a central hub for alumni activities and events.
- Set up a fully operational secretariat at or near the RCBC campus to support the association's activities.
- Expand our global presence by establishing alumni chapters in 50 countries.
- Develop a comprehensive alumni database, with a target of registering 5,000 alumni by 2025.
- Launch a global mentorship program, connecting experienced alumni with those seeking guidance, with a goal of matching 100 pairs in the first year.
- Host regional conferences in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas to foster networking and professional development.
- Create a user-friendly RCBC Alumni website and establish a vibrant social media presence to connect alumni, share resources, and promote upcoming events.
Medium-Term Goals (2025-2030): Building Bridges
Strengthening our global presence and impact through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Expand our network to 100 countries, establishing RCBC Alumni chapters in key regions worldwide.
- Forge strategic partnerships with at least 50 local churches and organizations to deepen our impact in diverse communities.
- Launch a global online learning platform, providing alumni with ongoing professional development and spiritual growth opportunities.
- Establish a RCBC Alumni scholarship fund to support the education of 25 deserving students annually.
- Host a global alumni reunion, fostering a sense of community and connection among RCBC graduates worldwide.
Long-Term Vision: Global Leadership for Christ (2030-2040)
By 2040, RCBC Alumni will be a thriving global network, empowering leaders to make a significant impact for Christ in every sphere of society.
- Expand our reach by establishing alumni chapters in at least 50 countries by 2030 and all 198 countries by 2040.
- Develop and grow a world-class leadership program, increasing alumni participation by 20% annually.
